Your safety and wellbeing are important to us at Impact Adventures. By joining our activities, you acknowledge these terms and accept the responsibilities and risks involved.
Impact Adventures FZ LLE (“Impact Adventures,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates activities, trips, expeditions, and related services (collectively “Adventures”). By booking or participating in an Adventure, you (“the Participant,” “you”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Impact Adventures. If the Participant is under 16 years of age, the parent or legal guardian completing the booking accepts these terms on their behalf.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment (deposit or full amount).
Specific inclusions, exclusions, itineraries, and requirements are set out on the relevant trip page, official document, or communication from us. These form part of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to advertised itineraries, inclusions, accommodations, or logistics at any time in the interest of safety, operational needs, or external factors.
Prices are set at the time of booking but may change due to supplier costs, taxes, exchange rates, or other external factors.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Full payment must be received by the deadline stated in booking documents. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.
Any additional costs (such as visas, insurance, vaccinations, transport, meals, equipment, or personal expenses) are your responsibility unless explicitly included in the official trip description.
By You: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Applicable cancellation charges will be set out in your booking confirmation or official documents.
By Us: We may cancel or amend an Adventure due to insufficient numbers, safety concerns, operational challenges, government action, or Force Majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or conflict). In such cases, our liability is limited to a refund of recoverable funds actually received by us from suppliers. We are not responsible for any indirect costs (e.g., flights, visas, lost work time). Refunds, where due, will be processed within 30 days of written confirmation.
By joining any Adventure, you agree that you:
Have read and understood the official description of the Adventure.
Meet the health, fitness, and equipment requirements for participation.
Will provide truthful and complete information on medical conditions, insurance, and personal details.
Will obtain adequate insurance (health, travel, cancellation, evacuation) where applicable.
Will respect local laws, customs, and the instructions of leaders, guides, and staff.
Understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Adventure at your cost, without refund.
If the Participant is under 16, the parent/guardian confirms that the Participant meets these requirements and accepts full responsibility for their participation.
You acknowledge that all Adventures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Personal injury, illness, disability, or death.
Accidents during transportation, activities, or accommodation.
Unpredictable weather, natural events, and environmental hazards.
Equipment failure, human error, or actions of other participants.
Delayed access to medical treatment and limitations of emergency response.
Loss, theft, or damage of property.
You voluntarily accept these risks as a condition of participation and release Impact Adventures from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. Parents/guardians accept these risks on behalf of Participants under 16.
Impact Adventures acts as an organizer and may use third-party providers. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or services.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the specific Adventure. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental losses (including flights, accommodation, lost earnings, or enjoyment).
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where prohibited by UAE law.
You authorize us and our representatives to arrange medical treatment, evacuation, or emergency services as deemed necessary. All costs remain your sole responsibility.
We strongly recommend insurance covering emergency evacuation, hospitalization, and repatriation.
You agree to:
Act respectfully towards staff, participants, and local communities.
Refrain from illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
Follow all safety instructions.
Acknowledge that violation of these rules may result in removal without refund.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring Participants under 16 comply with these requirements.
We may photograph, record, or film Adventures. By participating, you grant us the right to use your image, likeness, or voice for promotional purposes without compensation.
You may request in writing not to appear in media prior to the Adventure.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or supplier insolvency.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
By booking or participating, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood this Agreement and the official trip documents.
Accept all risks and responsibilities.
Release and indemnify Impact Adventures to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If booking on behalf of a Participant under 16, you confirm that you are the parent/legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
